Exchange and Return Policy - Bushra Flowers Store


At Bushra Flowers, we are committed to providing and delivering the finest natural flowers and plants of the highest quality and freshness. Due to the nature of our products, exchanges and returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:


First: Natural flowers and plants (perishable products)

  • Because natural flowers and plants are living products that are highly perishable, the customer is not entitled to request a refund or exchange once they change their mind after receiving the order .
  • Acceptable compensation and replacement cases:
  1. Receiving a damaged, withered, or unusable product.
  2. Receiving an order that is completely different from the order approved in the invoice.
  3. The order contents are missing or the vases and accompanying formats are broken.
  • Claim acceptance criteria:
  • Customer service must be notified of the order immediately upon receipt and within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of delivery, with clear photos attached showing the damage or error.
  • If a defect or error is proven, the store will bear all costs of replacement and reshipping, or the customer will receive a full refund.

Second: Supplies, vases and accessories (undamaged products)

  • The customer has the right to request an exchange or return of non-living products (such as vases and accessories) within 3 days of the date of receipt.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and packaged in its original packaging with all its accessories.
  • If the customer wishes to return the item due to unsatisfaction (without a manufacturing defect), the customer shall bear the shipping and return costs.

Third: Restocking Fees

  • There are no restocking fees charged to the customer when returning or exchanging products.

Fourth: Steps for submitting a replacement or return request

  2. Please provide us with the order number along with a photo or video showing the condition of the product and the reason for the order.
  3. Your request will be reviewed and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Fifth: Mechanism and duration for refunding funds

  • After inspecting the product and approving the return:
  • The refund will be sent to the same payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, Mada, Apple Pay).
  • The process of refunding the amount to your bank account takes between 7 and 14 business days , according to the policies of the bank that issued the card.
